Last week we decided to pack a lunch and head to the Getty.  The weather was perfect for hanging out on the grass and letting the kids run around.  The flowers were still blooming...probably on their way out really soon.  Glad we could make it and get some pictures!

Splash Pad.

A couple of weeks ago, we had a play date at the Splash Pad in Oak Park.  I did not think Aidan was going to be interested...he has NEVER been excited about the shooting water fountain things.  Of course I was right, until about 5 minutes before we were going to leave.

I've obviously been on hiatus from {Embrace the Camera}.  Here's the deal...went to the park for the first time in weeks...it's been WAY too hot.  Aidan took our pic...isn't it cute?! 

Hoping to get back in the groove.

This summer, we've been spending a lot of time at the zoo...the Santa Barbara Zoo. It's a great {small} place to go to keep the kids occupied and COOL in the summer months.

Aidan loves the zoo, loves the animals, and {I think} loves the freedom he gets there. We pack a lunch and head there first thing.
